A GN60- rated flash the Canon EL-5 has been designed to keep up with your photography, allowing you to capture unmissable moments without compromising on quality. The fast recycle time and long continuous busts let you keep up with the action, while the power level indicator allows you to keep track of your LP-EL Li-ion battery charge.
Multi-function foot
The Canon EL-5 has a canon multi-function foot built into the design of the Speedlite, this provides a reliable connection to your camera with improved communication and features, allowing you to control the Speedlite EL-5 directly from your camera.
Custom Flash Modes
The Canon EL-5 has customisable flash modes that can prove useful during events and weddings. A FE Memory allows for quicker setups, these custom flash modes can be stored and linked to from the custom settings menus in your compatible camera. Adjust your flash settings in manual mode, providing you with a level of fine control down to 1/1024th power.
Multi-Speedlite Control Dial
Designed with a built-in media transmitter of up to 30m, allowing you to control multiple speedlites from your camera. This feature allows you to control up to 15 wireless speedlites. Control and adjust the light with a Dual White LED with brightness adjustment.
Intuitive Interface
The Canon EL-5 can be controlled either via the Speedlite’s joystick, from the camera LCD or remotely via the Camera Connect App. This variety lets you easily and quickly adjust your lighting even at a distance.
Advanced Handling
Adjust the position of the Speedlite for optimal results, the EL-5 can be tilted upwards to 120° or sideways. Making these adjustments to bounce the light can allow for a softer and less harsh light, the manoeuvrability of the EL-5 lets you achieve these optimal results every time.
Weather Resistant Seals
The Canon EL-5 Speedlite Flashgun has been constructed to be used in all weather conditions, designed with weather seals and improved internal airflow to help protected the Canon EL-5 Speedlite from overheating when in use indoors or outdoors.
