Open Gate recording captures the full sensor area, making it easier to crop horizontal and vertical versions from a single clip in post-production. This is especially useful for creators producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other mixed-format platforms.
Stable handheld shooting
The Canon R6 V includes in-body image stabilisation rated up to 7.5 stops, helping reduce shake when shooting handheld. Its compact body, ergonomic grip, vari-angle screen, front record button and vertical tripod socket support practical operation from a wide range of shooting angles.
Autofocus and power zoom control
