Nikon Z fc Camera with 28mm SE Lens

The Nikon Z fc Mirrorless Camera combines iconic Nikon FM2 SLR design with Z series innovation and advanced technology. The compact and lightweight magnesium alloy body makes this camera highly portable and is ideal for both existing and first-time mirrorless camera users. The top of Z fc’s body features three dials and a small window that displays the aperture. The dials control shutter speed, exposure compensation and ISO, so this camera is super-easy to use. The 20.9 megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor along with the EXPEED 6 image processing engine powers up to 11 fps shooting, super-fast AF, ISO 100-51200 (Expandable up to 204800), plus 4K and HD video features originally introduced on the Nikon Z 7II and Nikon Z 6II. It’s also the first Nikon Z camera to feature a vari-angle monitor, so it’s ideal for vlogging and selfies.

Design inspiration from the Nikon FM2
The pentaprism design and the balance between black and silver elements on the Nikon Z fc’s body reflect the iconic FM2, as do the adoption of a circular eyepiece for the electronic viewfinder (EVF). The control dials are laid out just as they were on the Nikon FM2 and each dial is machined from solid aluminium. The magnesium alloy body keeps the weight down and gives it a robust and durable build.

Easy-to-use control dials
Individual dials let you control shutter speed, exposure compensation, and ISO sensitivity without going into the camera menu. You can also set up the camera so that you can use the command dials for shutter speed or exposure compensation.

Top display panel
The small display panel lets you confirm aperture at a glance by showing you the f/stop number you’re shooting at.

Round electronic viewfinder
The high-resolution viewfinder on the Z fc is electronic, but the design is circular—just like the optical viewfinder was on the Nikon FM2. You’ll see everything clearly and it activates when you bring the camera up to your eye.

Vari-angle touch screen monitor
The high-resolution 3-inch vari-angle touch screen monitor allows you to broaden your shooting style from different angles, for capturing selfies and vlogging. Turn the monitor to the front and the camera automatically enters self-portrait mode. Perfect whether you’re filming or taking selfies.

Vibrant vlogging
Great content deserves to look great, too. With the Z fc, you’ll get incredible sharpness and flattering depth of field. Use it for interviews—or turn the vari-angle monitor on yourself for perfectly framed straight-to-camera segments.

Nikon 20.9 MP DX-format CMOS image sensor
The Z fc includes the Nikon DX-format CMOS image sensor with 20.9 effective megapixels and ISO 100-51200 (Expandable up to ISO 204800) for rendering clear details and textures without noise in any situation.

4K video
You can record 4K/UHD video at 30p, or turn ordinary moments into epic moments by shooting slow-motion footage in Full HD. You can also capture still frames while filming and create dramatic 4K time-lapse sequences in-camera.

Eye-Detection AF and Animal-Detection
Eye-Detection AF and Animal-Detection AF automatically detects and tracks the eyes of both human subjects and pets even when they’re moving, available for both stills and video.

Increased connectivity via SnapBridge Ver. 2.8
The SnapBridge app can be used to transfer photos and videos recorded with the camera to a smart device, making it easy for users to share them on social media. The latest camera firmware can also be obtained through the application. Snapbridge Ver. 2.8, with a new user interface, now supports two automatic connection modes: foreground mode and background mode. The foreground mode connects with the camera only when the app is activated, reducing camera battery consumption. The background mode features a constant connection, transferring images automatically even when the app is not activated.

USB charging
You can charge (camera off) or power your Z fc via USB. Convenient if you want to shoot for longer periods indoors or while recording a time-lapse video.
