Nikon Z50 II With 16-50mm

The 16-50mm has a compact design that can be stored at a pancake-style lens size for easy portability. When extended, the lens reaches a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24-75mm with an aperture range of f3.5-6.3. This, combined with the VR (vibration reduction) system built into the lens, makes for a very versatile lens. When working in a crowded environment, or somewhere needing quiet operation, the 16-50mm lens also features silent control rings for key functions including manual focus, aperture control and exposure control; perfect for street and wedding photography.

Instant filter selection

Quickly access your favourite looks with the new Picture Control function. Simply click to preview different “recipes” or filters in real-time, allowing you to instantly see how they affect your photos and videos. Effortlessly download new Picture Control recipes directly to your camera via Nikon’s cloud, keeping your creativity fresh and up-to-date.

Bright EVF

The Z50 II’s Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) is twice as bright as the original Z50, giving you a clear, vivid view of your subject even in challenging lighting.

Powerful, high-quality imaging

The Z50 II has a 20.9MP DX CMOS Sensor at its core and the latest EXPEED 7 processor to get sharp, high-resolution images with fast startup times and reliable performance. The intelligent autofocus system will also operate fully with the camera’s 3D subject tracking and pre-release Capture features.

Hybrid AF

The advanced autofocus modes and 3D tracking keep up with fast-moving subjects like animals, people, and vehicles, comprising 9 types of intelligent subject recognition. Auto mode now provides even better performance for subjects transitioning from a still shot into movement, which is ideal for beginner photographers.

3.2-inch vari-angled touchscreen

A 1.04M-dot screen offers seamless auto-rotation of info and display in both portrait and landscape orientation, perfect for capturing from unique angles in high quality or facing forwards to vlog.

High-resolution, smooth video

Record in oversampled 4K UHD/30p for breathtaking quality or in 4K/60p with a slight crop for high-speed detail. Need ultra-slow motion? Capture in Full HD at 120p. Achieve professional-grade recording with a 10-bit N‐Log format log for greater colour grading flexibility and HDR with HLG format for vibrant video. The Z50 II can also work with the electronic vibration reduction feature of Nikor Z lenses for steadier video capture.

Better vlogging

Product Review Mode intelligently switches focus between objects and people, making it easy to highlight details. Access it instantly with the responsive touchscreen.

Flexible framing

With up to 2x zoom, achieve smooth transitions with 11 selectable zoom speeds in Full HD, allowing for creative framing without lens changes.

Sensitive ISO

Instant streaming

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatible, or connect directly to PCs and smart devices, making live streaming smooth and hassle-free.

Capture in the moment

An integrated flash for low-light environments enables pop-up creativity, while a pre-release feature quickly captures split-second memories, so you never miss that shot. High-speed continuous shooting at 30fps is also great for beginners and event photographers who want to shoot a burst of photographs.
