Nikon Z7II with Z 24-120mm f4 S Lens

Suited to advanced and pro photographers, the Nikon Z7II with Z 24-120mm f4 S Lens is a robust, lightweight, full-frame mirrorless camera featuring a 47.5 megapixel FX-format CMOS sensor and twin EXPEED 6 processing engine to produce dynamic range and performance across the wide ISO range. Its processing power and buffer capacity enable shooting speeds up to 10 fps plus 4K/60p video recording. Photographers can now capture 200 full-res JPEGs, or 77 12-bit uncompressed RAW images, in one burst.

The Nikon Z7II enhanced AF capabilities offer wide-area AF support for human and animal subjects, subject-tracking AF that operates similar to 3D-tracking, and improved AF in low-light situations. And the 3690k-dot electronic viewfinder (EVF) delivers a more natural view, with the high refresh rate reducing blackout.

More power and detail

With twin EXPEED processors at its heart, the Nikon Z7II effortlessly meets the challenge of creating high-resolution full-frame images. You’ll benefit from greater dynamic range and cleaner performance across the wide ISO range.

Nikon Z Mount

The ultra-wide Z mount, coupled with an ever-expanding range of extraordinary NIKKOR Z lenses, lets you create with light like never before. Every lens, any aperture. Bright is brighter. Depth is deeper. Sharpness is sharper.

Tough build

The Z 7II is forged from super-strong yet lightweight magnesium alloy and fully sealed against dust, dirt, and moisture.

Maximum speed and reliability

Dual card slots let you use UHS-II SD cards in one slot and XQD or ultra-fast CFexpress cards in the other. Configure the camera to use the cards for overflow or backup—or separate RAW files from JPEGs and stills from video.

Ultra-wide, sharp AF

The sensitive Hybrid AF system delivers wide, pin-sharp coverage and the camera returns to your selected focus point when it wakes from standby. Exposure metering down to -4 EV is available when shooting with an f/2 (or faster) lens.

Shoot faster for longer in silence

Shooting speeds of up to 10 fps allow immense flexibility, while the deeper buffer and dual card slots let you keep shooting without interruption. Catch up to 200 full-res JPEGs, or 77 12-bit uncompressed RAW images, in one burst.

Stunning dynamic range

The Z 7II delivers incredible dynamic range at both high and low ISO values. Tonal gradations are exceptionally smooth and skin tones are reproduced with stunning accuracy. The ability to shoot video at resolutions up to 4K/60p lets you portray dynamic scenes in amazing detail.

Precise tracking

Even small subjects can be tracked with precision. You can toggle tracking on and off via the shutter release or assign tracking to a camera or lens Fn button.

People and animals

Eye-Detection AF locks on to people’s eyes. Animal-Detection AF does the same for cats and dogs. Reliably focus on your subject’s eyes whether shooting stills or video.

3690k-dot EVF

The high-definition 3690k-dot electronic viewfinder (EVF) gives you a smooth, uninterrupted view even when shooting at high speed. The high re fresh rate greatly reduces blackout, so you’ll never lose sight of what’s in front of you.

Customisable Displays

Customisable info displays let you quickly adjust settings, or you can choose to disable the info display completely when shooting stills. If you flip out the monitor to shoot in Live View, the EVF automatically turns off to save power.

Maximum sharpness at small apertures

Creating images with deep depth of field? The Z 7II counters the diffraction that can occur when you stop down a lens.¹ From landscapes to cityscapes, you can shoot at smaller apertures without worrying about loss of definition.

More shots per charge

The Z7II works in the most power‑efficient way possible and its new battery gives you more shots per charge. There’s also a power-saving mode for when you need it.

Constant power

For long shoots, you can provide constant power to your camera (and even charge the battery) via a USB Type-C cable. Ideal if you’re shooting timelapse sequences.

Sweeping landscapes, impressive architecture, lively street photography, captivating portraits—and so much more. The superbly flexible 24-120mm focal-length range frees you to take in all the angles without changing lenses.

More to shoot with, less to carry

The Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S Lens is beautifully portable for a zoom lens with such a broad range. Stay in one spot or move around freely as you frame your shot. With a zoom lens this compact and versatile, you have choices.

Wherever you may roam

With its solid build, this high-performance lens has your back on just about any journey. It’s sealed to protect from dust and drips, and Nikon’s Fluorine coating on the front element repels dirt and easily wipes clean.¹

Exceptional image quality

With a lens this capable, you’re free to seek out the shots others aren’t taking. Boldly shoot directly into harsh light sources. Nail dramatic backlit scenes. Set your subject apart with soft, creamy bokeh. The Nikon Z 24-120mm f/4 S opens up your options by capturing astoundingly sharp images with captivating resolution—all the way to the edges of the frame.

Consistency throughout the zoom range

Stills or movies, the constant f/4 maximum aperture allows superb creative control. Capture portraits and close-ups with greater depth of field across the zoom range. Change focal lengths without changing exposure when shooting movies.

Clarity that transports you

Nikon’s ARNEO Coat and Nano Crystal Coat keep images clear by combatting ghosting and flare caused by incidental light coming from any direction. You’ll nail beautiful images even if shooting scenes with direct light sources in the frame.

Move closer

A short minimum focusing distance and 0.39 maximum reproduction ratio let you fill the frame with detail. Isolate subjects against wide backgrounds or experiment with compression: you can shoot as close as 0.35 m across the zoom range.

Superb video performance

The Nikon Z 24-120mm f/4 S Lens is a great video lens. Autofocus is smooth and silent with virtually no focus-shift or focus breathing. If you’re transitioning from interiors to exteriors, or between darker and lighter scenes, stable exposure control enables a natural shift in brightness for beautifully natural-looking footage.

Customisable control

Easily control shooting parameters right from the lens. You can use the silent control ring for settings like aperture, ISO, and exposure compensation. And you can assign favourite functions to the lens’ Fn button.

Multi-focusing system

The Z multi-focusing system uses two AF drive units precisely synchronised to deliver fast, accurate autofocusing and drastically reduce lens aberrations across the entire zoom range. You’ll capture sharp, clear images even up close.
