Nikon Z8 Camera Body With FTZ II Adapter

The Nikon Z8 is the latest pro Mirrorless camera from Nikon, this camera body boasts many of the professional quality features seen in the Nikon Z9 in a far more compact body. The Z8 is a small but powerful camera weighing just under 1 kg with a powerful 45.7Mp stacked sensor. This compact camera really packs a punch, with super fast shutter speeds.

A veritable video and stills powerhouse, the Z8’s 45.7 megapixel stills resolution and 8.3K native video resolution open so many possibilities. The same stacked CMOS sensor and EXPEED 7 processor as the Z9 ensure spectacular image quality straight out of the camera, giving creators maximum flexibility to adjust to any workflow. Video can be recorded in an array of frame rates and codecs, including in-camera 12-bit RAW for video up to 8.3K/60p or 4.1K/120p. Stills shooters can work with an array of file sizes and burst speeds, including an astounding 120 fps. For HDR content creators, the camera records 10-bit HEIF stills and 10-bit HLG video.

 

The smaller, lighter body doesn’t sacrifice reliability: the Z8 boasts pro-grade weather sealing, and the same cold tolerance as Nikon’s flagship D6 and Z9 cameras, ensuring reliable performance in low temperatures. The Z8 is also the first Nikon mirrorless camera to feature two USB-C ports, which makes it possible to transfer files quickly while charging. Beyond the camera, there’s a NIKKOR Z lens for every idea and budget, and partner accessories from gimbals to mics and more.

Amazing AF

The Nikon Z8 has been designed with 492 AF points, making it incredibly easy to focus your camera on a subject and capture that perfectly in-focus shot. The Z8 also features 6 stops of in-body stabilisation across the 5-axis body, allowing you to capture images with minimal camera shake and distortion, even when shooting handheld video.

Fast RAW Images

The 45.75Mp  stacked sensor allows the Nikon Z8 to process large amounts of data at fast speeds, this allows the Z8 to capture 20fps when shooting in RAW and 120fps when shooting in JPEG only. A dedicated electronic shutter allows the Z8 to reach shutter speeds of up to 1/32000, forgoing the manual shutter allows the Z8 to keep up with your needs.

8K Video

Capture incredibly details footage, the Z8 is capable of capturing 8.3K native video. The stacked CMOS and EXPEED 7 processor ensure spectacular image quality. Allowing you to record professional-grade footage at an array of frame rates and codecs, including in-camera 12-bit RAW for video up to 8.3K/60p or 4.1K/120p.

10-Bit HEIF Image Files

The Nikon Z8 has been designed for professional photographers and cinematographers, with the capability of recording in 10-bit HEIF stills and 10-bit HLG video format to allow you to capture more detail at high resolution. Accompanied by a dual card slot, which includes a CFExpress card slot and a regular SD slot. Letting you record images and footage incredibly quickly, with minimal delay.
