The constant maximum aperture of F2.8 allows you to shoot in low light conditions and capture images with a shallow depth of field and smooth bokeh for attractive defocussed backgrounds. The OM System M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 telephoto zoom lens can also be combined with either the OM System MC-14 1.4x Teleconverter or the MC-20 2x Teleconverter allowing for further magnification.
