The body shares many familiar features with the OM System OM-1, however, the internal mechanisms within the OM-1 Mark II have been improved to bring out the camera’s best qualities. Including up to 8.5 stops of in-body image stabilization, AI defection AF and 1,053-point cross-type AF.

120FPS Pro Capture

Never miss a moment when shooting with the OM-1 Mark II, capture split-second moments at 120fps. Press the shutter halfway to automatically start shooting and press it fully to take the shot you want. Paired with the incredible TruePic X and fast 120fps EVF allows the OM-1 Mark II to shoot at 120fps in RAW format, capture every detail and never miss a moment with blackout-free shooting from 12.5 to 120fps.

The OM-1 Mark II has been created with enhanced video capabilities, including high-bit and multi-frame rate recording plus shooting.

Designed and built for the outside world, the OM-1 Mark II camera body weighs only 511g, making it incredibly lightweight. With an IP53 weather seal rating keeping water, cold and dust out, the OM-1 Mark II is the camera for shooting in extreme conditions. Designed with a supersonic wave filter that oscillates 30,000 times per second to shake off all dust and dirt.  Helping to keep your sensor pristine even when changing your lens outside.

Extensive ISO Range

The OM-1 Mark II is capable of capturing amazing shots even when shooting indoors or in low-light situations with an incredible ISO sensitivity range of 25,600, which can be increased up to 102,400.

LIVE ND & LIVE GND

The new Live GND system has been developed within the OM-1 Mark II to allow for creative freedom with positioning the graduated neutral density filter precisely as you like it. The Live ND system provides you with access to up to ND128, providing you with a wide range of effects and the ability to preview slow shutter speed effects in the viewfinder before shooting.

In-Camera Focus Stacking

Develop Creative compositions thanks to the in-camera focus stacking system, which takes up to 15 individual photos at varying focus distances and then stitches them together into a single rendered image. This allows everything to be in focus throughout the image.

Slow Motion Video

The OM System OM-1 Mark II is capable of taking video at a staggering 240fps at full HD, enabling you to capture amazing slow-motion video, which is perfect for dramatic sweeping landscape shots.

Improved AI Detection

The AI subject detection has been improved expanding its ability to maintain focus more accurately and reliably to include birds, pets, cars, aircraft and humans. A 1,053-point cross-type AF allows for significantly enhanced auto-focus precision.

Weather Sealing

The OM-1 Mark II has an IP53 weather-sealing rating, designed with an advanced system of seals to keep water, cold and dust out. Providing you with peace of mind when it comes to shooting in extreme conditions.  The durable shutter on the OM-1 Mark II has also been rigorously tested to ensure its reliable lifespan of 400,000 accusations.
