The charging case can also be used with the USB-C data cable to connect both transmitters to your computer or smartphone, instantly transferring all your internally recorded files in one go for easy editing and sharing.

Adaptive Gain Control

Capture audio with a more balanced volume. Adaptive gain control offers automatic or dynamic settings. The automatic mode can be used to effectively prevent audio clipping, great for recording in outdoor environments, while dynamic mode automatically adjusts gain in response to volume changes, which is ideal for quiet indoor settings such as studios.

Three Voice Tone Presents

Not all voices sound the same, that’s why the DJI Mic 3 comes with three voice tone presets, including Regular, Rich and Bright. Regular offers clean, natural and balanced audio and is set as the default setting. Rich places emphasis on lower notes for a fuller, more powerful sound, while Bright highlights higher notes, providing your voice with extra clarity.

Two-Level Noise Cancelling

Reduce the difficulty of recording with excessive background noise with the DJI Mic 3’s two-level noise-cancelling feature, offering both Basic and Strong noise cancellation for clearer vocals. For further noise reduction, attach the Mic 3’s windscreen to deliver crisp, clear audio even in windy conditions.

Effortless Control

The DJI MIC 3 receiver has been designed with a 1.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen and dial. Displaying gain, battery status and modes at your fingertips, perfect for adjusting your settings quickly when you record. The DJI Mimo app can be used to fine-tune your settings and update firmware directly from your phone.

Seamless Collaboration

The DJI Mic 3 receiver is able to connect with up to four transmitters at once, record four audio sources simultaneously. The main receiver can also sync audio to up to seven additional receivers. Perfect when conducting multi-person interviews or recording a multi-camera production

Versatile Channel Settings

Choose between Mono and Stereo modes with the DJI Mic 3 receiver, enabling you to record a studio from each transmitter separately or merged into a single track.

Four-Channel Output

When paired with select Sony cameras or computer software, the DJI Mic 3 quadraphonic mode supports independent output of four audio tracks. Allowing precise track separation and flexible mixing in post-production.

Internal Recording

The DJI Mic 3 also features support for 32-bit Float Internal Recording, providing a high dynamic range which adapted better adapts to complex sound environments.

Built-In Timecode

The DJI Mic 3 offers high-precision timecode support, which enables the transmitter to embed timecode data during internal recording. The DJI Mic 3 receiver supports both timecode input and output. Ideal for instantly aligning multi-camera footage in post production for faster, more efficient editing.

Extended Battery Life

The transmitter has up to 8 hours of battery life, and the receiver has up to 10 hours of battery life, providing lots of time for audio recording. The transmitter and receiver can be charged via a full charger charging case, which provides up to 2.4 full charges. This allows you to enjoy up to 28 hours ot extended use when used alongside the DJI Mic 3 Charging case.

5-Minute Quick Charge

The DJI Mic 3 features 3C fast charging support, enabling you to get up to 2 hours of use from just 5 minutes of charge or a full charge in approximately 50 minutes.

Multiple intelligent Power-Saving Features

Don’t waste your battery life when you’re not recording. DJI Mic 3 features multiple intelligent power-saving features to help make your battery life last as long as possible, including an Auto power-saving setting, Auto Power-off setting, Auto On/Off with Camera setting and Use while charging setting. The Auto On/Off with Camera allows the DJI Mic 3to detect when the camera is switched off or on when connected to the camera via the 3.5mm audio cable or hot shoe. The Use while charging setting allows the receiver to draw power directly from your phone. Connecting an external power source to the receiver’s USB-C port will allow you to charge both the receiver and your phone simultaneously.

Connect Instantly

The DJi Mic 3 features multiple connection features to allow you to easily and instantly connect to your camera and smartphone. The DJI Mic 3 offers DJI OsmoAdio Direct Connection, which supports direct connection to Osmo Action 5 Pro, Action 4 and the Osmo Pocket 3 without a receiver. The DJI Mic 3 also offers wide device connection via multiple ports, including a 3.5mm TRS output port, a 3.5mm TRRS monitoring port and a USB-C port. There is also an option to use Bluetooth to connect your transmitter directly to your smartphone.
